| Text Ads - at the bottom of every profile we display a link back to Buddy4u and a link to a sponsor. Each ad can be 10-20 words long and is text only. Due to the unobtrusive nature of our text ads, click through rates are low. However, this is actually quite good: every click you receive will be from someone interested in your website. Entertainment related links do particularly well, though we have had success with most ads we've run. We have a wonderful advertisement management system that provides accurate real-time statistics so you'll know exactly how your ad is doing. Cost is per click and our rates are very reasonable. | |

| Pop-Behinds and Popups - we run at most one pop-behind per user session to avoid irritating our users. We do not show banner ads on the website so this is our only means of traditional advertising. No cascading popups, please. Cost is CPM. | |

| Opt-in Email Coregistration - we offer very affordable rates for unique opt-in email addresses gathered during the sign up process. You can offer your mailing list or service to our new subscribers right from within our sign up process. The potential subscriber is shown a few mailing lists they can subscribe to as well as a skip button if they are not interested. If they check the checkbox for your mailing list, or leave it pre-checked if you desire, we will send you their email address and optionally, their zip. Easy and effective! Cost is per subscriber. A slight discount will be give for pre-checked boxes. | |

| Non-traditional Advertising: Subpage advertisements - this is our most exciting offer! For an example, please look at the sample profile on the right side of our home page. You can see that the test user has several subpages. What if the first subpage was "Sponsored Subpage: Your Message?" The visitor clicks on your subpage and your message clearly appears right inside their instant messaging program.
